I love helping people turn their ideas into a reality
I am qualified Life and Executive Coach (Diploma & Cert) and studied coaching with the University of Cambridge. I am also a Member of the Coaching Association; as a member I am committed to continual learning and personal development in the field of coaching. I view myself as a Person-centered coach but I take a holistic approach to coaching based on the needs of the client at that time. This may include drawing on theories of Gestalt, Performance and Developmental Coaching, Positive Psychology and Cognitive Behavioral Coaching.
As a business woman with a young family I understand the challenges of keeping life with those many competing demands in balance. My core values that I bring to coaching are openness, honesty, authenticity and integrity. I always coach with the personal belief that my client is their own best expert, who is fully capable of achieving their goals; and who has a well of personal skills and resources to achieve their aims.
As an alumni of the Coaching programme at Cambridge University I had a wonderful opportunity to be a Coach on the Queens Young Leaders’ Awards Ceremony Day where I was privileged to coach some inspiring young people from all over the world who had set up community, health and education schemes in their country. I also returned to Coaching Programme at Cambridge after qualifying to work as an observer on the Diploma programme.
I have always loved working with people and helping them turn their ideas into a reality. Before becoming a Coach I worked in the Community Empowerment Sector where I worked with local people, community groups and schools to provide practical support, and advice on how to turn their ideas for improving their local area into community projects and initiatives.
